READINGS AND SERVICES

We do not process refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Once you submit payment it cannot be refunded. Tarot with Fei Wenli does not accept nor process refunds, exchanges, or returns. Make sure that you fill out all information correctly when you submit your booking form. Failure to be on time for your appointment, or any errors in scheduling your appointment is 100% your responsibility. And it will result in your payment not being refunded, and you will have to book another appointment if you would like to receive a reading or service again. Failure to agree with and comply with our terms and conditions, disclaimers, notices, and policies will result in your appointment being cancelled and you being unable to book another appointment. Appointment cancellations and all submitted forms of payment are non-refundable. If your reading or service has already been completed and sent out you cannot receive a refund. By purchasing readings or services with us, you agree to all of the above.

CONJURE SERVICES

All conjure services booked with Tarot with Fei Wenli are on a first come first serve basis. Once you book your conjure service, it is your full responsibility to be prepared and on time for said appointment. Do not book a conjure service if you are not ready to adhere to the advice, counsel, and direction of Fei Wenli in order to best benefit you on your journey. Conjure services are specifically for those who are seeking healing, guidance, and help with spiritual issues. These services are tailored to suit the customer to the best of Fei Wenli’s abilities. There is a no refund policy in place when it comes to conjure services. All payments once submitted are final and cannot be refunded to the customer. If your reading or service has already been completed and sent out you cannot receive a refund. Conjure service prices are a $140 one time fee. This is due to the tools needed, energy used, and time needed to help you with whatever your spiritual issue is. Once payment for a conjure service is submitted it cannot be refunded.
